Badlandz was originally developed to be a host facility for large scale tournaments: as a home for, multiple time, world champions, Team Aftershock. With that in mind, it was easy to accomplish our original mission. . . draw other top teams to compete against. Almost immediately we created a competitive vacuum in the Midwest. Most if not all the best players and best teams gravitated to The Badlandz. To this date, including professional and amateur tournaments, Badlandz is home to 23 world championships and more victories than we could ever begin to count.
Although our competitive roots run deep, we began to attract hundreds then thousands of walk on and private group players all looking for a great day, outside with their family and friends, playing paintball.
